I’ve been trying for days to take pictures for this post. I loved this stuff so much, so I tried multiple times. I kept crashing, and was this close to giving up, but I tried last night and managed to get something, even if it wasn’t exactly what I pictured doing earlier this week. Oh well!

I’m in love with all things industrial, and when I saw these amazing little shotgun style homes from Trompe Loeil (which can be found at this month’s Collabor88) I knew they’d be perfect for me.

These two room converted shipping container homes come with lots of fabulous little details, my favourite being the skylights and rooftop gardens, which you can see below.

There’s lots of windows, multiple colours, and a beautiful porch, which I happen to love. It’s amazing because all the stilts can be edited individually, making it so you can shrink, stretch, or even remove them to suit your needs.

You can only get them at Collabor88, and with the amazing markdowns thanks to the event, you have to get over there if you want them.

Okay, where do I even start?

Uber is open (with a cozy boho theme), and Arcade is just around the corner, and with people making beautiful spring inspired items for both, you’re going to be able to create some lovely seasonal getaways.

While I love everything about this look, it was all built around this fabulous little shotgun home from Trompe Loeil, which you will be able to find when Arcade opens the flood gates. This one room shack comes in 7 different colours (no rares!) and is perfect for a little guest home, play house, or anything else your imagination can come up with.

DeWaere

Standard

I think I say this every time Llorisen releases something new, but this is my favourite build yet! New for FaMESHed, the DeWaere converted warehouse is a beautiful loft style build that can be used as your home, or even as your store.

DeWaere

This open concept structure has up to four designated spaces, one being a spacious loft, which is probably my favourite part about the whole build. I love the high ceilings with the metal rafters and sporadically opened sky lights, which allow for some neat lightly opportunities!

One of the super neat features is that you don’t need to click on the doors to open them. You simply walk up to them, and poof, they open on their own! They also stay open while you stand close to them, allowing for easier camera movement and a little more realism.

DeWaere

All in all, I deleted my previous home (which also happened to be another Llorisen build) and dropped this beautiful structure in its place. I highly super duper recommended you get this build, or even just go see it. It’s totally worth it!

The Manor

Standard

Another one of the builds from this round of The Arcade is The Manor from Rageworks, and boy, does it ever live up to its regal name.

This massive open plan skybox is perfect for just about anything you want to do with it, be it residential or commercial. Split into three rooms, there is a lobby, an upstairs, and a massive great room with the fabulous windows you see below!

The Manor

There are a ton of amazing details that showcase the amazing quality of work, like the ceilings, the door frames, the windows, the fireplace, the stairs, the balconies.. Should I keep going? This is definitely a build that is worth the trouble to find!

The Manor

There’s four colours to find, white, black, soft blue, and soft pink, all of which are beautiful in their own right. Thankfully, the bottle neck at The Arcade is gone, so it’s much easier to get into.

Mimi

Standard

Every time Elsa releases a new build, I get so excited, and with good reason! New for The Arcade is this modern, yet classic, little piece is definitely a must have!

Mimi

The Mimi skybox is one big, open split-level room with windows flanking two of the four sides. There’s also a little balcony outside to make it so your view isn’t plain and boring! You can change the bush textures, or remove them all together, and even turn the string lights on and off.

Mimi

There are 8 colours to win, and if you’re lucky, you could get the rare, which includes a HUD that allows you to pick from every single colour for 5 different wall sections, and the door, plus two flooring textures.

Even if you don’t get the rare (cause, c’mon, why wouldn’t you want it?) each colour is beautiful in its own right, and you absolutely need to try out this machine.
