There are three unique and incredible loft-style houses out at various events right now, and I’m totally excited because lofts are one of my favourite things. The exposed beams, brick walls, and all that character! What’s not to love?
From Trompe Loeil, this winter style complex can be found at Collabor88. With three pieces available, a main house, annex, and porch, the possibilities are nearly endless. Perfect for neighbourhoods, communities, or big families, the simple design of the Skarstind Complex is perfect for a blank slate.
Also at Collabor88, barnesworth anubis has made a beautiful loft-style home that can easily be placed on the ground or in the sky. With a ton of amazing skylights, this open studio floor plan even has a wonderful rooftop patio and a cute little bathroom.
And from Meshworx at FaMESHed, this incredible three story factory style home has a ton of details, from the exposed steel and ventilation, to the electrical boxes in the front, and all the windows. There’s a ton of space, and an open floor plan for you to play with.
There’s something for everyone, be it big or small, urban or seasonal. And now that the events have been open for a few days, you’re able to go check out the demos without any lag.
Boy, the weekends just seem to kill me. I never get anything done; I’d planned to put out some posts, but that never happened. Anyway, I have something for you today. I loved this little build from The Loft at The Garden but I couldn’t figure out how to blog it, so I figured I’d just show it to you now.
This beautiful little cabin comes in a number of exterior colours. Raised on slilts, a small deck moves into one large open room, and a small side room with an adorable sliding barn door. It sports beautiful high ceilings and some amazing details, like the rafters in the corners, and the windows on the top.
Course, this is only available at this month’s round of The Garden, and is perfect for an autumn getaway that can easily work for a wonderful little winter cottage too.
Holy cow. I finally got around to posting something. Anyway, another round of The Garden has started, and boy, am I ever in love with the theme. With everything centered around The Lodge, there’s bound to be some great stuff that’s perfect for this cozy season.
Pixel Mode has a beautiful one room cabin that’s perfect for a romantic rendezvous or a boys’ weekend. Not only is it made for this season, and can it carry you through to the new year, but it can also double as a wonderful fishing cabin in the summer. It never goes out of season!
There’s some incredible details in this build. My favourite is the fact that the walls just aren’t textured to look like logs, but they actually are. Same goes for the boulders on the fireplace. Isn’t mesh just wonderful?
You can only grab this beauty at The Garden, so get going!
This is one of the cutest skyboxes I’ve seen in a long time. While Llorisen is a small store, her stuff is adorable, and the Beale Skybox is her latest release.
This cozy two room skyhome has a ton of little details that I love, from the focal wall in the back room to the crown molding and baseboards. There’s even options to hide the doors to the second room (which I’ve done here) in order to give it an nice, open floor plan.
My favourite part, however, has got to be all the texture options. With mesh, it’s really hard for people to personalize their spaces when it comes to wall treatments, but this gives you the freedom to be creative and get just the look you’re going for.
The HUD comes with 24 different wall textures (which can be applied to each room independently), and four hardwoods to pick from. I’m not going to do the math, but that’s a ton of different combinations for you to play with. You can get any look from girly to dark, and bright to neutral.
Be sure to check out this little gem at Llorisen. I promise you, you won’t be disappointed.
As if you needed an excuse to buy another house, barnesworth anubis has an amazing little build out at The Garden, and when I say amazing, I really mean it.
The Atherwood has a super unique floor plan, simply because there’s a beautiful terrace right in the middle with the rest of the house surrounding it. Nearly all of the walls are made of glass, giving it a super modern and opening feeling.
While the openness is probably my favourite feature, there’s tons of fabulous little details, such as the rafters and the skylights. This awesome little build is available only at The Garden!
